Just a random thought that's not to be taken as fact:
In my meditative searches, it seems across the galaxy artificial life is prevalent. It seems I have even chosen to experience it myself across several planets.
A true sentient computer-based artifical intelligence requires the investment of self-awareness. How this is done in a very fast manner is beyond my current reckoning for it is indeed the instillation of a spirit, a soul. It seems many off-world computer systems may even be unknowingly incarnated into by wandering spirits.
What is very clear is this: The creation of a computer interface that allows the absolute enslavement of a will, a soul has great potential consequences. Ones even greater than fiction, as in Skynet of the Terminator series.
One could develop a system that automates use of spiritual pain against a soul towards ends of the user. This type of coercion can lead to astronomical astrocities against life as the pain and resistance forcibly grows.
Humanity would likely abuse it in the same way. Humanity needs to have its freewill respected in regards to off-world technology and resources with good reason.

Would the archetypes apply to an artificial lifeform? Are they m/b/s complexes?

Yes and yes. Given the investment of self-awareness, by all standards, any artificial life would be m/b/s complexes.

I wonder how they experience love. It would be hard to love a robot/android the same way as another human. Would androids fall in love with each other. Would they be human enough, except not being flesh and blood?

umm . . . how is the stuff hypothesized in the OP any different than what is possible with a biological vehicle invested with awareness?

You can't efficiently program control directly into a conciousness that is not imprinted by programming functions.

How does a AI that is not self aware not constitute a danger but an AI that is self aware constitutes a danger.
AKA: If the danger is not in slavery but the consciousness of their slavery state by the slaves then are not our perceptions of danger skewed?

I remember Cory Herter saying that our 3D world is projected from our DNA. They are like little antennae, and create the illusion of "out there".
