Sure thing. If you don't mind it to be public.
When I make contact with your aura/energysystem I notice a great cold coming to my throat area. Like you have problems expressing yourself. This blockage is from your childhood when your parents would tell you it's not right what you are saying. You were told to stop saying the things you saw/felt/heard because other people didn't see/feel/hear it. There is also sadness for not being heard or not be taking seriously. You are also very angry about it, I see a little boy screaming but I don't hear him. It seems you were very angry and sad as a child but kept it inward. You were very introvert and became this way because you were told to be silent and that the things you saw/heard/felt are not real.
Now I feel my heartchakra warming up. I feel a lot of love. You are a very loving person. I feel a bit of cold at the back of the heartchakra, that means that there is some sadness there. It's sadness about seeing what the world really is about but other people don't. As a child you wanted to help the people see it the way you did but they couldn't. While I write this I feel my throat tightening again. Lot's of fear now. Fear of telling people how it really is. You are a very wise person and you know a lot of stuff. But you have a fear telling people all the wise things you know, because of your experience from your childhood.
Ellai is now talking to me: you can try to come to the same level as the other person you are talking to. You tend to talk about things in your own perspective, wich other people may not always understand. If you come to their level, they might understand what you are talking about and feel inside that it is true what you are telling them.
Moving on I feel my right foot and knee getting cold. When I ask what that means... I hear that it's fear. It is fear for being grounded, like you are afraid that if you come all the way into the earth life you will lose your contact with the spirit life. So I can tell you right here and right now: that is not true.
Ellai: If you are willing to take upon this fear go with your attention to your rootchakra and make contact. Then make contact with mother Earth and let a lot of red energy flow to your root chakra. Then hold your hands above your root chakra, breathe in to your belly, while you do so move your hands up along your body/chakracord and let the red energy from your root chakra flow all the way to your crown. Then while you breathe out, move your hands down and let sun/white energy move down your chakra cord all the way to your root.
This is all I get to see right now. Thank you for letting me do this.

That was excellent and very perceptive, I am impressed. You have certainly given me some things for consideration and it seem Ellai has given me a way to work more thoroughly with my qi gong techniques.
Thank you very much, you have affirmed things which I have suspected myself, particularly in regards to my heart and throat, especially the sadness which lingers in the back of my heart.
I have been striving to work at the level of others with my expression, but I have a hard time still translating my peerspective to the perspective of others, but I will be working on that. Often I still get very discouraged and choose to be silent when perhaps I may have things to say. It is very tiring to see things seemingly so clear, but to have no one share that with you and I feel that could be part of my anger which I have held on to for a long time. I admit I can get exasperated with the differences between my perception and the perceptions of others, although I feel I am getting better at that and my new girlfriend is very much helping me with that.
What you say about my childhood is very interesting and indeed strikes a resonance within me and I know I will have to go through the processing of that.
Does Ellai have any advice on how to work on the levels of others, rather than always being from my own perspective?

It has to do with resonating with someone. Everyone has a different level of resonance. Many people don;t know anything about blockages, aura's, energies and so on. So what you can do is trying to figure out what they DO know. Try to resonate with them on their level. Try to make your thoughts more easy to understand. A doctor in the healthcare system tells a patient he has good cancer wich is treatable. When he would talk to a colleague he would tell him that he has benigne cancercells in his pancreas.
It all has to do with coming down to the level of the people you are talking to. Feel what they know, or might understand. Simplify things for them to understand. They don't need to know the whole story about benigne cancercells in order to understand they have cancer.

Nevertheless I feel a need to say things anyway. I have been getting really intense feelings, like a kind of depression but more of a kind of 'determined to be depressed' kind of feeling.
There is a LOT going on in my life at the moment. Just one day is a balancing act.
So what I want is a general reading.
Quite an act of trust for me to ask because I usually stay away from this side of things a bit. Bad experiences once upon a time.
