Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Richard - 08-17-2012 This subject came up on another forum I participate in. And it turns out that it seems to be a fairly common complaint with the participants there. Though something any of us rarely talks about outside of spouses or partners. Most of us are having chaotic dreams that seem to jump aimlessly from from one subject to another with no apparent meaning. My description was like an old camera shuttering between images. "Flickering" was another adjective. All of us had just put the causes down to too much TV...or whatever. Just curious if anyone here is having similar issues. I haven't had a decent nights sleep in weeks. I wake up several times a night around 3 or 4 am..... almost ever night. Richard RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - norral - 08-17-2012 rich the energy coming in right now is very strong. not sleeping can definitely be one symptom. just going off and freaking out is also possible over nothing . we are being downloaded with a lot of stuff so i would say expect the unexpected For what it's worth norral heres a link about it ![]() RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Spaced - 08-17-2012 I have been sleeping fine except for the construction next door that starts at 6 am every morning ![]() As for chaotic dreams, I rarely remember my dreams so I couldn't say. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Patrick - 08-17-2012 Yes actually. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Brittany - 08-17-2012 I have been staying conscious while sleeping, and when I wake up I feel exhausted, and all I remember is I was doing some kind of energy work. It's pretty cool, but I have also been feeling like a zombie lately. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Unbound - 08-17-2012 I only just started consciously dreaming last night and tonight and both were epic and long dreams. In particular this morning I met some Wind Fae who helped give me access to the Fae Mounds of intuition and wisdom. Prior to this I know I've been doing a lot of astral organization, sometimes waking up very tired and with a messy mind, but I believe it's because we are all going through a transformation right now and rearranging ourselves on many levels. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - AnthroHeart - 08-17-2012 There was a time where I couldn't sleep for 6 days. Till I got on my psych meds. I was having psychic greetings and also experiences of being in heaven, which kept me awake. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Unbound - 08-17-2012 Did you do any directing of your dreamwork? Such as asking for a guide to assist you with maintaining your dreams or to give you peace for the night? RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Spaced - 08-17-2012 I read an article about a hereditary prion disease called Fatal Familial Insomnia which makes it physically impossible for someone to sleep. The condition develops usually around middle-age and leads to worse and worse insomnia leading to hallucinations, dementia and eventually death. There is also a non-hereditary version called Spontaneous Fatal Insomnia which is caused by mutation. Must be a terrible thing to experience, really shows how important sleep and dreams are. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Bring4th_Austin - 08-17-2012 I am having issues sleeping, but not due to dreams though. My dreams, as usual, have been very boring and normal, with just enough emotional content for me to use them for balance. For a very long time I would have no problem falling asleep...within 5 minutes of my head hitting the pillow I'd be out. For 1-2 months now, it's taken me at least an hour to fall asleep, and when I finally do get to sleep I experience something similar to what ahktu describes. I haven't woken up feeling refreshed since the sleep problems started. I've tried changing a few different things to see if there were some "real world" causes. I've altered my diet a few times, changed my pre-bedtime habits, rearranged my bedroom, tried cleansing my room a couple times...nothing has seemed to help. Coupled with this is a persistent dull, very light headache I feel as I try to fall asleep and for a while after I wake up. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Spaced - 08-17-2012 I have been getting the persistent dull headaches too Austin, usually centered right at the pineal gland. For me they seem to come and go throughout the day however, and I've noticed that during these headaches there is an increase of visual noise and occasionally waves of black that ripple thru my vision. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Brittany - 08-17-2012 I've been having tons of migraines. Ouchies. At least on my med I can still feel the instreaming of energy through my crown chakra, but it is controlled. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Eddie - 08-17-2012 Curiosly, I....after nearly a half-century of severe, pernicious, intractable insomnia....am sleeping well nearly every night now. ![]() I seem to go against the grain everywhere, even here. ![]() Boy, am I having some vivid dreams now.....wow....most too risque or weird to post. I live for my dreams. Yep this has been happening to me big time, exactly how you describe it, feels like your doing lots of work so the sleep isn't peaceful and it feels different when you wake up compared to a normal dreaming night. It's weird because I have had lucid dreams before but lately even though I know I'am dreaming I can't control it per say like a lucid dream, it's like I will recognise I'am in a dream but just act in the dream parameters and not make up my own. Ditto, they don't bother me lately they seam to build up throughout the day it's more just pressure then an ache now. I could feel pressure in different parts of my head every week hehe, atm it's on the 2 vertical sides of my head toward the back. Anyone else's jaw been getting very sore/ pressurey lately ? I guess I clench my teeth during sleep. Btw we are having solar flares right now. It is so funny because even before I read there was another flare, I heard the crazy woman shrieking in front of our house again.. she is a fairly good indicator for CME outbreaks, apparently. Quote:83.3 Questioner: Thank you. I’m going to ask a rather long, complex question and I would request that the answer to each portion of this question be given if there was a significant difference prior to the veil than following the veil so that I can get an idea of how what we experience now is used for better polarization. May be your subconscious is starting to commune more and more with your conscious nature. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Zachary - 08-21-2012 I have had trouble Sleeping since I first read the Law of One. It's been the good kind of loss of sleep though. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Brittany - 08-21-2012 Thanks, Confused. That kind of makes sense- as the veil comes down more and more, the opportunity for dream teach/learning becomes more prevalent. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - omcasey - 08-21-2012 Yes sleep issues abound at the moment.. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Shemaya - 08-21-2012 I've been waking between 3-4 every morning and having trouble getting back to sleep. Also experiencing activation energy and working through some old issues, it has been a little intense. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - TheFifty9Sound - 08-21-2012 I've been having trouble sleeping. I usually sleep like a log and dream deeply and vividly. I did have a few nights last week with some really amazing dreams (even better than usual), but other than that it's been tough the last month. However, I am on the other side of the world to where I usually rest my head, so I've put it down to different food/air/season freaking out my body more so than something metaphysical. The level of chaos/incoherency with non-connected segments in dreams goes down and dream-time goes up, as your indigo ray activity goes up. The number of events per unit of time (general actionpacking, making it less boring) and rate of bodily recovery is increased with yellow ray activity. I wake up 2-4 hours after going to bed every day, a week'ish prior to something completing a new level of crystalization. RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Spaced - 08-21-2012 Using the tarot I asked my higher self for some insight into the headaches I've been getting and felt compelled to draw three cards. I got The Lovers, the Transformation of the Mind, Death, the Transformation of the Body, and the Universe, The Great Way of the Spirit. I'm taking this to mean that due to my working with polarity my body is undergoing changes that will make it possible for me to make contact with intelligent infinity, but maybe I'm just being hopeful ![]() RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Sagittarius - 08-21-2012 (08-21-2012, 03:43 PM)Liet Wrote:(08-17-2012, 10:21 AM)Richard Wrote: Most of us are having chaotic dreams that seem to jump aimlessly from from one subject to another with no apparent meaning. Yep this I have noticed big time, dreams are now I guess dead on what issues I'am working over or at least can be easily comprehended into archetypal messages, instead of 1 or two I have 4-5 every night, I have noticed waking up at 4 or so hours after going to sleep for a few days in a row many times. It to seams to come before a new as you call it crystallization. Last night in bed trying to go to sleep I was semi drifting of semi watching the colourful vortex in my minds eye when a bright flash of violet just enveloped my whole view. Startled me because I had never seen anything so bright in my life, or seen anything like it so far in meditation. I wake up 4 hours after going to sleep for several days in a row then literally start dreaming about crystals. This week it was bloodstone and herkimer diamond. Last cycle it was amethyst and rose quartz. Prior to that it was blue kyanite and herkimer diamond again. Prior to that it was clear quartz with gold flecks. Liet what would your take be on the type of crystal dreamt of in this crystallisation period? An annoying aspect to this constant waking up at 1 is that I need to then get up and eat something. An uncontrollable hunger. Then it all settles down for a bit and I sleep 6hours and wake at 3am on the dot. Or some nights I wake up every hour at 11.11, 12.12, 1.11 and so one. That's the worst! Every single hour until the alarm beeps horrifically at 4.44am! RE: Anyone having any trouble sleeping? - Brittany - 08-21-2012 I have a bladder the size of a pea, so my body has adjusted to waking up every hour or two to go to the bathroom. These little "breaks" have actually evolved into a valuable processing time, where I figure out what the previous dream meant before heading into a new one. Quite often I will slide back into the same dream, but certain factors will have changed. When I have the "energy work dreams" I am usually able to remember somewhat as to what I was doing and understand it a little more clearly than I do when I just wake up in the morning, because I've gotten used to operating out of a state where I am half asleep during my bathroom trips. It makes such perfect sense, then I hit a point of awakeness where POOF, it's just gone. Or sometimes not gone but just completely beyond any sort of coherent explanation. Cant say much about the crystal dreams, maybe its simply your subconcious urging you to temporarily try them in order to better understand what they are and what they do. You actualy only need to drink half a glass of water for most of this excessive hunger to go away...
