Entertaining ET. - 52midnight - 05-28-2012

Were a fleet of interstellar craft belonging to a benevolent ET race to arrive in orbit around our planet tomorrow, and emissaries be sent with an invitation for meetings and mutual interaction, how would we respond? There is little doubt as to the immediate response of many governments, but of greater importance, perhaps, is the response of individuals. How would YOU entertain an ET? What arts, crafts, or knowledge could you offer as evidence of your own life interests and goals?

Could any of us today offer a formal and joyful welcome to a visiting ET race? If more people were encouraged to consider such questions, we may one day be in a position to throw the biggest party in recorded history.

I've posted a page on my website discussing this topic in more detail, and the Website Administrator has been kind enough to allow me to link to it. I'd be most interested in any response:

Sure I welcome them with love and light. Having read the content at the provided link, I'm still not sure what it is your are proposing?

> Sure I welcome them with love and light. Having read the content at the provided link, I'm still not sure what it is your are proposing?

Fair question. I subtitled the piece "A discussion paper" since a discussion is what I am proposing. You are obviously wanting something more concrete, so permit me to offer a few suggestions.

My interests are two-fold:

1. How to open and sustain a dialogue with positive ETs. In order to do this in the setting of a meeting of two groups (rather than individuals) we must agree topics and an agenda beforehand in order to give some structure to the dialogue.

2. The psychology of these beings. This is a necessary precursor to the first, if only out of politeness, but also because we will each make assumptions about their psychology that will differ. We should resolve such internal differences before inviting a meeting.

The multitude of questions we could ask ET visitors must be reduced to a manageable and ordered sequence. Here are a few off the top of my head. Traditional literature repeatedly asserts that even the wise are susceptible to the pleasures of the flesh, and these have always presented major difficulties in our societies. Does Fourth Density consciousness experience such attractions, or do they differ, and if so how? Do they practise the "adversary relationships" (Session 31) of marriage, or do their customs differ? Those familiar with the Planet Iarga material will likely want to know whether geothermal energy is the most efficient energy source for Third Density civilization, and whether nuclear fission can be suitably tamed. Their life-spans and life-cycles would certainly be of interest were they happy to discuss them, as also would be their capabilities of interstellar travel.

On a more practical level, the obvious place to start in creating a more positive understanding of them is in schools. Now that the number of Earth-like exoplanets is estimated in the billions, why cannot courses be introduced into schools to prepare young minds for a certain eventuality? (There are very good reasons, of course, if rather unpleasant ones).

Perhaps an easier starting-point is the Internet. If you browse the sites devoted to the ET-UFO topic, you'll find hundreds of Grey faces, many deliberately contorted to look threatening, and an alarming amount of hatred and anger directed at ETs. Most sites focus on "lights in the sky", which today is quite pointless. The few that attempt some sort of rational discussion seldom get past first base; those who begin with an assumption of the reality of extraterrestrial life immediately meet a barrage of ridicule and invective. If half a dozen people got together and joined a few of the better forums, they could cooperate clandestinely to establish sensible discussion of the topic and encourage the preponderance of "lurkers" to become "posters".

In other words, I believe that those of us privileged to have access to the material on this site have a duty and obligation to act as emissaries for the material, and for those who may one day be our visitors; and, if we are so fortunate, our friends. Over to you.

RE: Entertaining ET. - Aaron - 06-03-2012

52midnight, I think I maybe partially kinda understand what you're aiming for here.

It is a distinct possibility that once humanity wakes up, within the next century it will become acquainted to its galactic brothers and sisters. Perhaps it is your mission and aim in this life (at least partially so) to help ease this transition and serve the entities of humanity that are native to this planet by finding ways to prepare society for this meeting. And you're asking us here in this community to help you by sharing ideas and co-operating in this process.

Personally, I'm not sure if there's anything I can offer that might help further your goal. I can share my thought that once humanity is actually ready for first conscious contact (rather than unconscious meetings here and there with individuals and groups), the paradigms of society will be so entirely shifted with the new instreamings that are now reaching us, that to focus on preparing our present state might prove futile in some areas.

However, I see that you are on your mission NOW and wanting to see how you can help NOW. So it's tough... you have a tough project! I would offer that it would help to have as much understanding of what we call ETs as possible. The more complete your understanding, the more you will know who you are trying to speak to and what you really need to say, possibly.

Best of luck to you!!

Many thanks for a most sympathetic and thoughtful response. It's additionally useful in providing me insight into how others view my posts here.

> you're asking us here in this community to help you

Well, truth to tell, past experience warns against such optimism; I hadn't dared hope as much, and I'd actually prefer to stimulate their acting on their own impulses and initiatives, since I'm not offering to be a convener of a collective.

However, I would like to thank your community for their welcome and acceptance of me, if this assumption is not too bold. I've always been egregious (Latin 'grex' meaning 'flock' for those uncertain of the word) and am content so, but lone individuals can achieve little unless they find a compatible milieu.

> It is a distinct possibility that ... will become acquainted to its galactic brothers and sisters.

IMO this is a certainty, and available as soon as the collective impulse favours such an encounter.

> Perhaps it is your mission and aim in this life (at least partially so) to help ease this transition ...

Hmm, that's something of a challenge, since I've never been interested in "missions" and certainly never envisioned myself as a leader (a consequence of egregiousness, if you'll pardon the word).

> and serve the entities of humanity that are native to this planet by finding ways to prepare society for this meeting. And by sharing ideas and co-operating in this process.

An interesting postulate. I'll give it some thought.

> However, I see that you are on your mission NOW and wanting to see how you can help NOW.

It's actually much simpler than that, and perhaps a trifle more vulgar. I'm simply frustrated at the fact that these most interesting potential friends of mine are out there, willing to drop by for a chat, but prevented by the horde of morons who are so busy running after money and Facebook friends that they don't want their inane pastimes disturbed.

> Best of luck to you!!

Thanks for that, most certainly. I'll give some thought to the perspective you've presented me.

RE: Entertaining ET. - Charles - 06-06-2012

1. They are the ones who know they are visiting, and they have had time to plan topics and agenda. Their agenda should be to teach us Truth, and to love and help us, and perhaps use their ability (technology) to destroy our poisons, teach us healing, etc.
Or, they are not our benevolent cousins.
I also assume that they will choose the place and time, and therefore decide who among us humans will be there to greet them.

2. Our psychology is separate and individual, and I imagine, I trust, that they they will come prepared for that.
If they are our benevolent family, if they are examples of ourselves in our future, if they vibrate love and peace, and if they know that they are One with us, then I imagine they will have their hands full.
If they are also telepathic, then I imagine the idea of us politely trying to figure out their psychology, will at least provide for good and hardy laughter.

I myself, given the opportunity, will greet them by throwing away my cane and breaking into a fantazmagoric dance.

You seem to feel that somehow humans will be running this show, and I beg to differ.
I'd rather see a tandem celebration, even perhaps a reunion.

Asking them about 4D sexuality, etc., can wait. I'm sure you'll find at least one of them, someone wise and well humored to answer your questions.
If they/it/he/she tell you about the technology of their interstellar travel, then they are dangerous morons, or not benevolent.

Browsing ET sites, is not my interest. I'll just follow my intuition, and love and respect them. Slowwwly, over time, we will learn about clean energy, we will learn how to clean our food and water and air. We will learn to love each other, and we will learn to feel our unity. I hope they will be teachers by example.

Of course I could be wrong. If they are not benevolent, we in big trouble.

But approaching them intellectually is not my way. The approach should be loving and welcoming. Responding to their topics and agenda, should keep our hands full. The agenda, I hope, is to help us. Will that help be spiritual, or tangible, or both (and in what order?) would be of interest to me.

Our preparation (other than hopeful and delightful excitement), should be a practice of group manifestation.

IF they are not benevolent, do we as a group send them massive love and light, to defuse their darkness?
Or do we behave 3D, and send them hate and fear and broo-ha-ha, and thereby strengthen their evil intent?

Like Aaron, I too wish you well.
I recognize your interest and your good intent.
I believe that it is possible for my mind, and your mind, to each flow in the same direction, towards the Light, and yet still manage different thoughts.

I spent years studying religion, and studying occult, until I finally realized that brain learning is irrelevant next to heart learning. I only speak for myself, and that is true for me. There is no right or wrong about it, but I have managed a joy and a peace that intellect alone would never give me.

RE: Entertaining ET. - Cyan - 06-06-2012

Were I to welcome an alien i would firstly try to describe basic mathmathics, then basic linqustics and assuming they prove able to grasp the basic cultural norms easily and its more about my preference within the cultural norms.

I would firstly spend about a week or so in the wilderness consuming various halluciongens and conversing with them while I was on the hallucinogens to show them how human mind is built on layers (not likely for more advanced species methinks) then i would find 1 good 1 neutral and 1 ungood activity about each layer and go through each of them if possible with the aliens while offering to discuss the why aspects all the while but not discussing it until asked about it.

Then i would ask to learn about theirs in something similar.
