Finaly got my celiac plexus to the point where it actualy starts hardening my body/inside (just like how the solar plexus harden the mind/surface)
I know the head-stiffening of the Fire energies is dealt with through its mirror image, the Water energies (dont have to balance those two manualy anymore tho)...
So finding that the Earth energies are dealt with through combining them with Air was no surprise.
Only hard means energies wont move at all (unless something cracks)..
Same thing with being only soft/fluid, for then theres no upwards momentum.

The Hypothalamus, pinned down.
Focusing on the pituitary gland is just like focusing upon the shin/feet (which draws energies into the thighs/prostate where they concentrate and shoot up to have one portion reach towards the celiac plexus and the other fall down to fill the lower back area (where they may be drawn into the thighs/prostate and re-emitted.. this is the act of suppressing, tho its negative effect is neligible once the lower back area is full))..
It draws consumed/outdated physical energies into the indigo forehead/thalamus where they concentrate, wherefrom one may shoot them up as the centerpiece of the crown to have one portion reach the next octave.. and the other fall down to fill the "body" of the crown (wherefrom they may be re-emitted)... just like with the root and the celiac-solar-heart-throat chakras.
(the % faling back down is determined by evaluating speed of the ejected energy along with the gravitational pull to draw it back down (the first and second areas have mass but only the second increase the speed of ejection))
Once the body of the crown is full (as a consequence of its core), all the the below organs merge into the hypothalamus.
The area will also affects everything within a 5-7cm radius from it, meaning it gives you the entire mid-brain and frontal lobe.
Before the hypothalamus, the crown is divided into an indigo core (from the solar plexus) and soft pink body (from the heart) instead of just violet..
Your energybody is a fractal...
Edit: ofc you dont need to hold energies in 'till its impossible within the stage #2 energy to immediately have part of it reach the next stage #1.
You can skip concentrating, and just slowly fill the stage #3 and #4 untill its large enough to touch upon the area between it and the next #1, namely the navel and face.. wherefrom it can be extracted with the celiac plexus / pituitary gland.

my own understanding of the energy body is still in flux ...
it has a physical presence (the 'body' aspect of mind/body/spirit)
it is affected by the mental (the mind creates and clears blockages)
and there is an influx of the spiritual (the light or energy source that powers the whole thing).
so when one does 'energy work' it is done with the whole complex of the Self.

Were living within fire, therefore earth within fire is our physical body.. fire within fire being its surface (meaning mind is also physical).

All energies within "earth" have similar properties.. all within fire, water, air, etz.
Earth is the slowest observable (physical) though obstructed from sight by fire.
Fire is the fastest observable (physical)
Water is the slowest uncertain (metaphysical)
Air is the fastest uncertain (metaphysical)
