2011 Earthquake Hotspots - Tenet Nosce - 11-06-2011 All within three degrees of latitude: ![]() RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - apeiron - 11-06-2011 Canary Islands (Hierro) should be included in that circle too, it seems it fits right next to Azores RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - Ruth - 11-06-2011 Tenet Nosce Thank you for the different view of the earthquake string. I have family in Oklahoma City and have been watching those shakes on the usgs earthquake map. The thing I find interesting is that they are almost all at a depth of 5.0. That seems like a mining issue to me. Love and light, and hang on tight! RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - Tenet Nosce - 11-06-2011 4.5+ quakes between 35 - 38 degrees north latitude since 01 Jan 11. ![]() ![]() RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - apeiron - 11-06-2011 Funny, maybe my memory is treacherous, but did not google maps had a big "X" there? Well there was a big X close somewhere. RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - Oceania - 11-06-2011 g maps fails, they don't always show stuff, like the sea RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - 3DMonkey - 11-07-2011 I've always wanted but never could find a detailed 3-d rendering of the Earth without water. Anyone know of one? RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - Oceania - 11-07-2011 i have a seaglobe. The deepest mine in the world is a shaft in South Africa at a bit less than 3700 meters. Though we can drill to depths far below that. But that area of Oklahoma has quite a bit of oil production. So there may be a tie in there. Richard RE: 2011 Earthquake Hotspots - 3DMonkey - 11-07-2011 (11-07-2011, 11:24 AM)Oceania Wrote: i have a seaglobe. Thanks. .... I thought there would be more empty space than that, as in much deeper and less globular. Oh, never mind. I accessed our collective intelligence and it says that water is only 0.02% of the Earth's mass. My bad. I think I had a little "Sitchin intelligence" stuck in my head.
