In your opinion, what is a good way to cut down on the effect of "quick and cruel catalyst". I'm getting somewhat scary flashes at times. Then it goes back to positive as ususal.

When we are deep in it, that is a good thing as we can be more readily engaged with the process rather than being asleep.
