I can definitely attest to the force of the increasing energy. I feel warm from the inside (warmer than usual) and electrical sensations like mild electric shocks that are actually quite pleasant and tingly.

Things are changing significantly. Besides some metaphysical situations I have been exposed to recently (positive in the most sublime aspects), the other day, I was laying on the bed looking at the ceiling, a somewhat transparent/white sphere was right there. Seems slightly moved. Then that same day at night, I was outside the house and an UFO approached, white/yellow bright light, it came, closer and closer then made an arc and dissapeared slowly all this in a perfectly controlled fashion. I felt very calm, thought about getting a camera, then I realized that was it would have missed the whole point. I just thought "thank you" while looking at the light, felt almost like "hello there!" coming from that object/light. It also felt like a smile.

Wow Raman that's amazing. I wonder what they think every time people do go get the camera lol. It would be like how would we feel if they ran and grabbed their cameras every time they saw us (like Japanese tourists lol). I'm glad you fought that urge and just appreciated the moment

I can feel the change as well I feel different in some way which I cant explain and I can see so many changes going on not only in the environment but people too
