How was it? Worth the money?

Have had bought a similar device some ten years ago. Without the biofeedback feature via pulse, though.

It was sold as 'mental trainer' with 5 audio cassettes with self-hypnosis programmes on it. E.g. for higher self-confidence, better and faster learning, etc.

I found the red LED-shades quite relaxing, however I have not managed to fall in a hypnotic trance with it, but then I may be non-hypnotizable. It occasionally helped me falling asleep, though. Anyway, I am not aware that it had any of the promised effects even after more then half a year of almost daily usage.

Seeing it as a wellness-device is probably the best way to decide whether its worth the money.

I'd look up Brainwave Generator. It's audio only, but it's free.

how do you know if you're hypnosis-compatible?
