Did some research on this topic. Below summarizes my understandings (could be wrong, welcome to correct me.):
Timeline
- Harvest is started around 2011. Transition will be completed in ~150 years. See timeline.
General
- 4th-density is of Love.
- Earth transition involves massive destruction on Earth surface, physical changes in land masses and atmosphere. Considered to be cataclysmic.

According to Confederation, it is a good thing because of the release of disharmony energies. Earth will be purified.
- There are total seven Earths at the same time (versions, not multiple planets), entity of different spiritual development see different versions. (62.29)
- Earth is a 4th-density positive planet, only good, loving, compassionate souls are here. Full of harmony, like heaven (16.50, 63.9, page 14 of https://assets.llresearch.org/books/living_the_law_of_one_the_choice.pdf)
- There are still 1st and 2nd density beings, but no 3rd density beings (inhabitable for 3rd density). (62.29)
- Forming social memory complex. 4th to 5th density harvest is based on the readiness of social memory complex. (43.13)
Body
- Bipedal body, much denser. (16.50)
- Body appearance is similar to 3rd density, chemical elements are not the same. (43.16)
- Body appearance difference between individuals will be dramatic. It is estimated 95%+ are from other planets. (90.8, 63.22)
- Average lifespan is 90,000 years. Total cycle is 30 million years. (43.11, 43.13)
- No much physical pain to experience. But mental and spiritual pain are catalysts for development, should be significant. (43.9)
Food
- Still need to eat food. (43.17)
- Food preparation is extremely simple. (43.18)
- Can communicate with living foodstuff. (43.18)
Capabilities
- Veil is lifted, can remember all the lifetimes and all the learnings. (https://assets.llresearch.org/books/living_the_law_of_one_the_choice.pdf page 28)
- Communication via thoughts directly, not of words, unless chosen. (16.50)
- Can bend metal mentally. (63.16)

Good question. What Earth will look like? Actually, my current understanding is that there will be massive destructions like earthquakes, storms, volcano eruptions etc. Earth will be inhabitable. Earth tomorrow is very much like Venus today. So there will be no third-density here. But somehow fourth-density will see a different Earth, which is heaven like. Depending on consciousness development, beings at different stage see different physical world. That is why Ra said there are seven Earths. This idea is marvelous. Basically it says physical world is illusion, what we saw is not real. It aligns with teachings from religion like Buddhism.

I don't believe earth will become inhabitable, eventually for 3d entities but that's due to the energies. There will certainly be calamity, but from my understanding the whole point of having wanderers here is to assist in transition because there will be continuity (there probably wouldn't be any without the presence of wanderers). I believe the major part of the transition work will be planetary healing. There is no reason why earth would turn into a gas planet, it still has the future role of once again being inhabited by a new crop of 3rd density incarnations.

2011 would be the date of the harvest happening. The green vibrations are present on the planet since 1937 as far as I know. That is the reason for the existence of 3d-4d transitional bodies. So in a way, the transition started around that point.

We have gone through the peak of such problems, peaking around 2011 and the following years. Ra said these would peak and decline afterward. We are in a decline for a long while.
Earth wont be uninhabitable. 3d will not be used for a while. When the 4d entities learn to hide themselves, 3d cycles may restart.

Multiple planets don't exist. Vibratory levels (chakras) of the planet exist just like in every single existing entity. Like in every single existing entity, most of these can be deactivated and only existing in astral plane. Like how Earth is a 3d + 4d planet right now and 5d only exists in time/space.

This does not pertain to 4d Earth and its nature. Other entities from other planets wont come here with different planets' bodies. They will be using the bodies available on this planet.
63.21 Questioner: Now, are there any inhabitants at this time of this fourth-density sphere who have already gone through this process. Is it now being populated?
Ra: I am Ra. This is correct only in the very, shall we say, recent past.
63.22 Questioner: I would assume this population is from other planets since the harvesting has not occurred yet on this planet. It is from planets where the harvesting has already occurred. Is this correct?

My understanding is that these would be what Ra calls 'double bodied' entities, and they look very much like current Earth humans.
