According to sources attached, Valiant Thor was a Venusian alien who functioned as a presidential advisor to Nixon.
And maybe his predecessors.

Could be! As I understood Ra, they left their home to get to work. Ra said IIRC that there are still 4th, 5th, can’t remember if Ra said 6th as well, density beings still inhabiting Venus so we’re does Valiant Thor fall in relation? I say idk. But interesting to wonder!
