Traumas: Mental and Emotional Healing - meadow-foreigner - 06-19-2021

I came across a really vast and helpful site with a lot of content freely available for whoever is willing to work on their Self and heal from psychological and emotional trauma, especially those that occurred in childhood. I hereby pass it to all of you to benefit from it.

Peter K. Gerlach Wrote:“My life purpose is to educate and motivate other people to protect future generations and break the toxic [wounds + unawareness] cycle that is crippling many persons, families, and our society.”

Quote:This educational Web site exists to alert you to a widespread personal and family stressor - [psychological wounds + unawareness] that silently passes down the generations and is weakening most (all?) cultures. This inheritance promotes social problems like abuse, neglect, divorce, crime, abortions, addictions, bigotry, "mental illness," runaways, terrorism, gangs, homelessness, obesity, depression, suicide, bankruptcy, and murder. Have any of these affected your family?

Based on 36 years' clinical experience and study, this nonprofit site offers you a free 7-Lesson self-improvement course on how to understand and break this lethal inheritance and reduce major personal, marital, and family problems. Average adults are unaware of this cycle and its toxic effects. Are you aware of them?

Access the site and check for yourself, and comment below your thoughts and impressions of it if you will. The site provides a lot of tools and work, which it's worth every ounce because it's the only work that you carry in your Spirit.

This man's approach to healing is somewhat like John Bradshaw's inner child work, which I find very efficacious. He is an experienced therapist with many years of observation, so, for anyone especially with children, it is worth checking out. Don't be put off by the bad website aesthetics—there seems to be really good (free) info there.
