Essentially yeah. Or it could be someone from 3rd density who had achieved harvestable grade consciousness to the next density, but chose to keep reincarnating in 3rd density in order to help those left behind.

When I pass on, if I do decide to reincarnate, I would prefer to remember and not forget in order to "pay off karma".
I've read that the Archons use reincarnation to feed their perpetual negativity.

Something I've read a little about. I'm not really sure what they are. But they rule Earth. And aim to enslave everyone.

In the last seven years I studied a lot of theories. I already believed that the Earth was a prision. The Ra Material "broke" this belief. I know that there're a lot of negative Agendas in seek of to control the planet now, like:
Orion Empire;
Groups of Reptilians, greys and insectoids;
Lucifer (though second this: http://www.illuminati-news.com/00363.html they do not want control but just to catalyze the planet. They has been in the top of the pyramid. They "rule" the Earth.
