all aggression is pre planned and agreed upon by the council of foreign relations.
the vietnam war was begun because of a fake report of a fake company being bombed, it wasn't until the middle of the war that news came out that this company was fictictious.
Hitler burned down the reichstag just before declaring martial law and blamed it on jews.
The US allowed pearl harbor, despite having intelligence to state that japan was going to attack, this was used as a way to galvanize people into war who at the time did not want to have any part in the war.
Instead of blaming a country for acts of aggression, you should be looking into who are the principle investors, and who stands to gain the most as a result of a conflict, there is always profit in conflict, so instead of trying to blame nations, you should look for globalists that seek to undermine nations, and instead seek to create an all encompassing world government. If the President of Sweden is making some bad moves, it can be then as easy as looking at what other institutions or organizations this person may organize with. Are they paid by any humanitarian institutions? Humanitarian institutions have a record of violating human rights.
Clinton Foundation taking all of Haiti's donations from Red Cross is a case in point, Wiki leaks cable proves it.
