Mythological and fabulous creatures - Light seeker - 07-01-2010 Hello everybody, I'm curious to know if in your spiritual dreams, visions and experiences you have encountered one of these beings or creatures. As far as I'm concerned, I was received by a magnificent unicorn in one of my dreams (although it wasn't like a dream at all). This being fixed its eyes on me and spoke to me without words, from mind to mind. The love I felt and the wisdom it showed were out of any earthly proportion. I’d be delighted to know if you have had these kind of experiences (positive or negative). And, of course, I would appreciate any information you may have on unicorns. Thanks! RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - AnthroHeart - 07-01-2010 Yes, my guide frequently appears to me as a wolf anthro. 1/2 human 1/2 wolf. My experiences are usually positive. I tend to see entities in a form that most benefits me at the moment. I have at one time had telephatic contact with an entity from another world. I had since gotten distracted so probably will look to re-establishing that contact when the time is right. RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Light seeker - 07-04-2010 Gemini Wolf, thanks for sharing your experience. I find it fascinating. Does your guide offer information about its density, origin, and the connection with you? What is the nature of the information you receive? I'd love to know more. My experiences are spontaneous, and I have no say in them. They happen when time and place are appropriate, I suppose. RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Ali Quadir - 07-04-2010 I saw an elf once. At least I think I did. I saw a being of light or fire from the corner of my eye, about 2 inches or 60cm tall, and then when I looked for it wasn't there to see. Perhaps it was just a glitch in my mind. But perhaps it was a glimpse into another world. Something we filter from our ordinary perceptions. I think the mythological is very tied in with our subconscious. So the mythological creatures have very real symbolic meaning to us as conscious beings. As such they are real even if they don't show up in our rational thought and heavily filtered perceptions. I like your anthropomorphic wolf visions Gemini because I've seen the same thing. Wolf is tied into my subconscious sometimes bleeding through in seeing myself as part wolf. This doesn't mean rationally speaking I am a wolf but my personal mythology certainly has a big dose of wolf medicine in it. RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Namaste - 07-04-2010 Hi Light Seeker, a belated welcome to the forum :¬) Sounds like a wonderful experience, sharing thoughts with such a creature. What was the message you received? I've made contact with (and channeled) three of my guides so far. Two of them are from 6th density, taking the form of angelic figures in my perception, offering wisdom with regard to energy healing and learning lessons in third density. One of these two angelic beings mentioned he originated from Sirius, and whenever I channel him I am filled with an enormous sense of grace, peace, trust and love. His messages are always very uplifting and inspiring. And, yes, I had a vision/dream with a Unicorn, a few years back. It was a truly beautiful out-of-this-world experience. The Unicorn had a silky soft shiny hair and, we embraced as old friends in a most joyous greeting manner as she ran towards me upon my entering into a sunny glade in the mist of a calm colorful natural forest. The Unicorn represented, in my understanding, perfect health, youth, purity, perfect love, utter beauty and happiness. I treasure the experience till today. Those kind of experiences fill the heart forever and make you walking in the air! Info on Unicorns? I don't know about that except for a lovely animated film, "The Last Unicorn" which I watched many years ago. Nice story! Of course, the film is a fiction which, all realities considered, does not impeede the reality of the story. Hi Al Quadir, Gemini Wolf, Namaste, interresting comments; thank you. Take care Friends, L/L Whitefeather RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Light seeker - 07-05-2010 Dear brothers and sisters, how nice to hear all your experiences, and how understood I feel among you! Namaste, thanks for your warm welcome (I'm not so new in this forum, just a bit too busy sometimes to write more often). Whitefeather, I can totally empathize with your words. I know how you felt, and the everlasting joy of that experience. And now I feel even closer to you, my brother or sister. The message the unicorn gave me was a message of universal acceptance and humility, beyond any personal value judgment. My experience has similarities with Whitefeather's. I was also in a beautiful forest, where everything was warmly vibrating with life. I was simply a light with consciousness. As I penetrated the forest, I found the magnificent Unicorn, and she came closer to me. I felt greeted with great affection and enthusiasm. Her amber-greenish eyes were the most penetrating I've seen, and with them she pierced through my soul. I felt no embarrassment, but truly loved and protected. I immediately knew that the creature was thousands of years old. The horn, extremely sensitive and in constant evolution, was the living illustration of all her vital experiences; every spiral of the horn represented hundreds of years of existence, and every mark on it was the result of the lessons learned through the centuries. Her unspoken words resonated like music inside me (however, I’m very sorry to say that I have forgotten the exact words). Finally, she fixed her eyes again on me so intensely that I could even see them when I awoke. I felt so uplifted and in a state of ecstasy for so long after… RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Namaste - 07-06-2010 Truly beautiful. Fascinating what you understood about the horn! Deep-hearted understanding is, after all, the way of natural communication in these realms, I find. Well, in everything, really. Thank you so much for sharing this. I had other experiences with mythical animals or creatures. Once, in a dream, I encountered the Hygdrasil tree. Another time, I encountered two giants shining dolphins looking down from heavens directly into my eyes, from an opening in the sky. I think I shared the vision/dream with dolphins somewhere in this forum. I truly love and treasure those encounters and experiences. Blessings to you, Light Seeker, Brother or Sister, In Love and Light, Whitefeather RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - fairyfarmgirl - 07-14-2010 Yes, Unicorns. I am familar with. Blessings! Thank you for being here now. fairyfarmgirl RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Whitefeather - 07-15-2010 (07-14-2010, 06:43 PM)fairyfarmgirl Wrote: Yes, Unicorns. I am familar with. Blessings! Lots of Love and Light, Whitefeather RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - AnthroHeart - 07-15-2010 I am definitely familiar with orbs. I've caught them on camera at night. RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Gohava Sebi - 07-15-2010 Unicorns must be very beautiful to interact with! I've interacted with two animals in my experiences. One was a beastly feline-wolf animal that attacked me and caused me great illness following. Another one was a whale that sang a song to me to remind me of Atlantis. Wish it would visit me more often! Have you ever thought about the possibility that maybe she feels the same and, is expecting your visit. ... So, what stops you to call, to call with a song? Oh and, unusual name than the one you choose here! Would you enlighten us about its meaning and, the language it comes from, if I may ask? With Love and Light, Whitefeather RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - fairyfarmgirl - 07-15-2010 The Unicorn would always appear to me in the time between dreaming and awakeness... as I watched the day turn to night and the forest became full of the golden light. And I would fall asleep and know that even though all was very challenging it would all be well. From those early moments on I was filled with this need to Seek! So I first sought with fantasy novels containing unicorns. Unicorns this and unicorns that. I was that kid that had unicorns and fairies all over her room. Yep, Total Girl. LOL My mother and father being God Fearing Christians grudgingly allowed me my obsession. Some where in my heart I felt that if I had enough proxy Unicorns, the Unicorn I would see at the edge of the wood would come and take me home. Never happened but every visit brought me solace and beckoned me to follow the golden strands of light. I did and found fairies as well as fairy rings and lots of herbs. The fairies were fond of leading me to areas of the forest or along side the road to where there was plenty of fruit to gather. It was a joy to follow them. The Sugar, my beloved best friend and dog would bark at the Unicorn. Everytime it appeared the dog would bark in her deep throated german short haired big dog bark. My parent's were convinced she was "touched" and discussed in whispers that they would have to "put down" the dog... but they did not until she was old, deaf, and blind while I was away at college. Sugar lived to be nearly 17. So, I took upon myself to convince my folks that the dog, sugar was nearsighted and the leaves on the trees made her bark because she was alerting everyone to the dangers of the leaves. It was for us and her love she barked. So they begrudgingly allowed the nearsighted "touched" dog to bark. LOL My magic though backfired and I became aflicted with extreme nearsightedness. The lesson I am still attempting to unravel. LOL So the Unicorn watched over me and inspired me during the long dark nights of my soul as I worked with the parental unit that is now beginning to lighten and shift with those that are just beginning to awaken. fairyfarmgirl RE: Mythological and fabulous creatures - Gohava Sebi - 07-15-2010 (07-15-2010, 06:23 PM)Whitefeather Wrote: Greetings Gohava Sebi, I wish I did know how to visit her/him again. I'll try to prepare myself to meet in a dream by listening to whale songs before bed, maybe? Oh and my name is derived from my given name which are Hebrew and Gaelic. It means "God Has given a Valuable Servant of the Bishop." I kind of imagined it to be my fourth density name if names are still important then. Unicorns and Blade Runner - Questioner - 07-16-2010 Light seeker, I have only had impressions of animals and people (who might have been humanoid aliens or angels); and it hasn't been clear to me whether this was just my own imagination at play. I do respect the more vivid experiences that others have had. It's an honor to get to learn about your experiences. I always think of unicorns are representing tremendous strength and power, combined with tremendous wisdom and love. I think of them as larger than the average horse. I think of them as generally peaceful, but able to make deadly use of their horn if a warrior's service is necessary to protect and defend the innocent. The impressions I have of their physical and metaphysical qualities match up with what others have described in this thread. ffg, that is such a sweet story from your youth. There is a very interesting use of a beautiful dream sequence with a unicorn in the movie "Blade Runner." In the director's cut, this turns out to be a very key, fleeting hint right at the ambiguous ending. If you don't mind my spoiling that surprise, I'll describe it here because it might relate to your vision experience. Stop reading this post here if you want to discover the movie's surprise for yourself. In the world of Blade Runner, scientists and engineers have a way to create artificial people, called replicants. Replicants are physically much tougher than humans, but only live a few years. At their origin, replicants are their adult age. They have falsely implanted memories and dreams from an imaginary full lifespan, reducing the risk that they'll figure out their true identity. If they truly understood their situation, they might rebel against their use as slave labor. Harrison Ford's character, Deckard, is a cop who hunts escaped rogue replicants. The job is nicknamed "blade runner." I think it's one of the future slang terms that are taken for granted in the movie, without any explanation of where the term comes from. Deckard demonstrates to one of the rogue replicant that her memories, and the photos of her past situations, are fake. All of this is the same in the regular version of the movie, and the much more philosophical director's cut. In the director's cut, Deckard has a dream/daydream/vision of a beautiful unicorn majestically galloping through a lush green forest. (The world of the movie is otherwise an ultimate city, palatial towers plus grim urban decay, all without any greenery or gardens.) Deckard's boss plays with origami throughout the movie. The fancy paper folded art is a kind of calling card for him. Just before the end, when Deckard goes on the lam with the replicant whose memories he proved false, Deckard finds an origami unicorn at his home. Despite Deckard never telling anyone about his unicorn vision, Deckard's boss knew about it, which shows it was false. Deckard himself is a replicant, with false memories of being a brilliant human detective saving earth from rogue replicants. The boss knows this, and without saying a word, drops the origami unicorn to show he is letting Deckard escape to whatever he might want to make of his remaining short life and love. The director's cut also adds an ambiguous glint that could be Deckard's eyes momentarily glowing red in the dark, as replicants' eyes do. This version of the movie also stops, European style, with unanswered questions. It omits the cheezy over-the-top narration of the studio version of the movie, and it also discards the happy ending scene proving that Deckard got to drive off safely into the countryside. Instead, it leaves the audience to speculate on what the movie might mean to them. Someone might have posted just the vision and origami scenes on Youtube. If you don't like occasional gruesome personal violence, the movie might be too intense for you. But if you can stand those scenes as a demonstration of STS manipulations, the director's cut is one of the most original, stunning philosophical explorations ever set to cinema. |
