OKness meditation - Raz - 08-12-2016 OKness meditation: We are safe pain and suffering is safe danger is safe mistakes are safe confusion is safe disease is safe disharmony is safe dying(transition) is safe living is safe what dose fear and love have in common? They are equally safe To be stuck is a phase It is safe to relax and enjoy all experience, expression and impression (inner expression), is absolutely safe so safe that it´s ridiculously silly. even though I understand almost nilly willy I have come to understand the absolute safeness of one This is a point where I understand that I ultimately have nothing to worry about myself or anybody else We are all safe, within a loving space We are closely observed, and lured in to higher states of consciousness challenged to ignite our awareness illuminate and dissolve or transform (in gratitude) the thought forms that hold us back from the dynamic track every choice is safe every choice is just not pleasant I understand the concept of being alive and dead, all that is associated with that is just junk in my head. I pay attention to what is relevant like the amazing unconditional, undefined OKness that is ready to be realized and released from within me and bless out into the grid of the art world of expressing potential. Even though I feel this is true, I look both ways before crossing the street, just like you. *Peace Love ´n Bubblegum* RE: OKness meditation - Plenum - 08-13-2016 taking the plunge into a safe world RE: OKness meditation - Raz - 08-14-2016 Wrote this a few years ago and realized it was something I needed to re-integrate. You don´t have to feel safe to be safe <3 I will join you for that swim Plenum RE: OKness meditation - AnthroHeart - 08-14-2016 I like to ignore my thoughts when I meditate, so that I can rest in Infinity. I go beyond, go beyond, go beyond them. I find it easier than trying to remember words for a meditation. I realize we are infinite consciousness, and there is nothing outside of us. So we are definitely safe. If we find ourselves in a reality we don't like, we can just focus on the reality we prefer. I'm working to get my vibration to joy, as I always feel safe. |
