Personally, I'm not a big watcher of videos, I'm more of a reader. I share space with my husband so I don't want to distract him with my speakers blaring out metaphysics.
Anything that comes with a disclaimer that it might "destabilize your emotional/physical/mental bodies" might be 2spooky4me. I'm trying to stabilize my emotional/physical/mental bodies.
