Wow. As a person who grew up with trauma and had to close his heart just to survive, I learned to open my heart. It was very difficult, a roller coaster of emotions and bad energy (kneejerk dysfunctional reactions) from the past lapping on the shores of my soul, leading to bad decisions if I wasn't careful
