returning to your original vibration - Raz - 10-04-2015

Here is a nifty little tool (guided meditation) I have found really handy. Returning self to it´s original vibration...

Put on some of your favorite music (non vocal music works best for me) and view the music as your primary medium of expression and impression...

Imagine that you embody your body totally, listen to every cell talking to every cell and listen to how the music infuse the patters of your cellular communication...

Now imagine that the body you embody is contained in an infinite white space...

How do you feel in this white space where there is nothing to react to?

How do you act in this white space?

How does the music feel in this white space where there is nothing to distract you?

Let the music tell the story of how you feel...

Let go and let flow...

Unknown understanding....

Unknown acceptance...

Embrace the situation regardless of appearance...

unknown destination...

Unknown purpose...

Empty of assumptions...

innocent curiosity...

Now embody this vibration, regardless your life situation... and there you have your original vibration...

Can you tell us what your original vibration felt like, Raz?

When we return to our social memory complex, it won't be at the same vibration. We have all grown past our original vibration. Some have fallen from it. It's in the past, so I just seek for the future.

This is a brilliant way to connect to source and re calibrate your vibration. Music/tonals is something to be damned thankful about haha!
