My 3 Dreams - jrmcleod - 04-11-2010

Hi All,

I would like to share 3 of my most profound dreams with you all to see if any of you could possibly interperit or decipher any meaning in them? Thee dreams have all occurred since i began finding my spirituality and there is not a night that goes by where i dont dream lucidly about something.

Dream 1

I was in a labratory of sorts, not a lab that we would be in such as at university or hospital, more a lab that looked like it was made of light, different colours of light. There were a small amount of extremely small babies, the were lowered into this flat completely glass box. There was nothing in this box, it was levetated and the glass all around was perfectly clear. The room looked like it was made of light. the next thing i kew, i was one of those babies laying in the box next to other babies. I was looking around, it didnt look like there was glass as the light was so powerful. This retractable lid began to clse over the box, once it had closed the glass changed into a pattern, a pattern of flowing and moving water, this made it feel like i was in water. What i didnt know at this point was that water was being poured into the box with us, as the water was being projected onto the box, it felt like the real water was fake. i can only assume the projected water was being used as a distraction to the real water. I then began to feel the water around me, but it didnt feel like real water, it was very light, almost like a gentle breeze. the next thing i knew i was totlly covered in water with these other babies. At this point i then became one of the people looking into the babies, they were floating around playing with eachother. I could tap on the box and they would respond to me. I then attached them to me and said 'Lets go then. its time to start', at this point i woke up...

The feeling of the dream was of extreme joy and happiness, there was no fear or negativity about it at all.

Dream 2

I was running through a forest which turned into a clearing, it was a grey dull day, ahead of me was a fast flowing river that had a rope tightly strung across it to hold onto and wade throgh the river to get to the otherside. I held onto the rope and began to go across, as soon as i put my legs into the water, i could feel the force, it was immense. Everytime i felt like i was giong to get swept away, i would be given a hand somehow. The dream then cut abruptly to a battlefield type setting. I was confronted by someone who was with a group of others who all looked physically identical, even down to their clothes. i asked who they were, they said "will you fight with us?", i said "yes but i dont have a sword", I then asked again, "who are you?", he then replied saying we are the 12 angels, "will you fight with us?". I then started crying in my dream, they said "dont worry about them, you cant die". At that point i looked ahead of us and there was an immense army of some type of beings, they werent frightning to me, i began to run at them with the others whilst i still had tears running down my face, the angel i spoke to looked at me and smiled. I then woke up.

The angels in my dream were all identical, they didnt have wings. They looked slightly chinese but were the most beautiful people i had ever seen and seemed to emit a gentleness that i have never witnessed before. They comforted me without speaking and i somehow felt safe even though there were only a small group of us. I did some reserach and have found that there are 12 angels written in the bible but dont know if this is linked

Dream 3

I was at my parents house, i was standing outside on the driveway where the cars normally are. I looked towards the end the driveway which is about 100metres long. I looked to the end of it and i saw a group of black dogs running towards me. I began to feel terrified like i had nowhere to run too. At that moment a dog came out of my parnets house, it was white and gold, it ran upto me and stood next to me, it stopped and spoke to me, it said "whatever you do dont go into the house, the dogs wont hurt you, i will stop them", before i could reply the golden white dog ran towards the black dogs and started fighting with them. More and more black dogs were coming up the driveway. I felt i had no choice but to go into the house as there were too many for one dog to stop them all. I went into the house, there was no furntiure or anything, totally bare, i walked into the kitchen and my dad was standing facing away from me, i got his attentioin, at which point he turned round but had my mums face. At that precise moment i felt a huge fear come over me and then woke up.

Any input would be very much appreciated.

Kind Regards,

Jamie

RE: My 3 Dreams - Cyclops - 04-11-2010

On the third dream it would seem that emerging out from the sleep for the first time and perceiving the world through new eyes, yet there would still be constant learning and negative fears and obstacles to overcome, your guide or higher-self was probably the dog telling you lets go lets do this so that we may move out and learn new truths and overcome any fears. It was urging you I believe not to go back to the house because once you had given into that fear you would return to the sleep where the father with the mother's face might symbolize being easily terrified by sudden surprising unknown things, also swayed and controlled through confusion. Which would lead to not knowing what is outside the box which would make your ignorance even more terrifying and confusing to you because you chose to not be in a seeking state, but in an unaware sleep. It would catch you unprepared perhaps. Also the fact that there was no furniture might symbolize the barrenness of a life lived in fear or a life non examined or questioned.

It really though is all up to your interpretations for only you possess knowledge of yourself and your life patterns and the way you think/act etc. The dreams were coded for you to interpret.

Here's some excerpts that may be of aid.
Q'uo December 19, 1993
Quote:We speak this day concerning the interpretation of a dream. Such is often the platform upon which information necessary to a spiritual seeker is offered, the dream state being marvelously outfitted and equipped to handle complex and shifting values and concerns which are being considered by the seeker on many levels, some conscious and most subconscious. This dream state, then, is marvelously wrought for maximal lading or layering of information. To one who is not yet working with the dream state, dreams may seem ephemeral, nonsensical and useless. However, to the seeker who spends the care and attention to prepare for remembering and considering dreams this resource of the mind is a stout friend and a wise teacher to the conscious self, expressing in rich detail the tapestry of deep energies which move through the self within the incarnation.

The denizens of dreams have various identities when gazed at from various points of advantage. In a very real sense, and perhaps one of the most important, all figures within a dream are the self. This seems confusing at first glance, for if all figures in a dream are the self, then where is the dynamic which expresses thought and carries instruction? Yet the self is a large entity, an entity of a level or order of complexity which is difficult to express. Within each self there exist the pre-traces or foreshadowings of all potential possible states of mind, all feelings and emotions, indeed, all situations

Latwii July 4, 1982
Quote:I am Latwii. We shall, if it is agreeable with you, attempt once again to phrase our response in a manner which might be more helpful. The subconscious mind in the dream state operates within the framework which you might call the metaphysical. The illusion which you inhabit in your conscious waking state is the physical. It is that which provides the catalysts and experiences which teach. In the metaphysical or time/space portion of your being, all things are possible, for thoughts are things. This is not normally so in your waking consciousness. Your subconscious mind is able to show to the conscious mind the lessons which have not been well learned or which have been ignored. Yet, to preserve the free will of the conscious mind, these lessons must be in symbolic form in most cases.

Therefore, each entity who wishes to utilize the dream state for accelerating growth must make a concerted effort to determine what the language and landscape of its subconscious mind represents. Each entity has conscious memories of experiences which were vivid and imprinted within its past. One entity, for example, might see a bug as being a symbol of fear. Another entity might see the same bug as being a symbol of its nature or survival instincts. Each entity has language which its subconscious uses in expressing those lessons which might be of benefit if looked at in another manner.

When you are in that dreaming state, you are indeed beyond the normal space/time continuum. You exist at that time within a realm which is quite fluid and flexible, and your subconscious mind may then utilize the great power of its being to express its perception of your progress in the evolution of your mind, your body, and your spirit.

Also here's a whole session on the types of dreams and their natures.

"a lab that looked like it was made of light"
Setting the stage that this symbolic dream will probably have a positive outcome - if you play it out with right action.

"There were a small amount of extremely small babies"
Symbolizing a rebirth for you - something new - IE awareness, a journey, etc.

"There was nothing in this box, it was levetated and the glass all around was perfectly clear. The room looked like it was made of light "
The box represents your previous lesson/karma that you got past and conquered. (good job!)

"the next thing i kew, i was one of those babies laying in the box next to other babies. I was looking around, it didnt look like there was glass as the light was so powerful."
The glass are symbolizing your lessons - the white light is symbolizing the power of goodness/positiveness/god energy that is overpowering the lesson/karma.

"this made it feel like i was in water."
Symbolic of rebirth - like in a mother's womb

"I then began to feel the water around me, but it didnt feel like real water, it was very light, almost like a gentle breeze. the next thing i knew i was totlly covered in water with these other babies."
Being that the water is symbolic and not actually water, this is telling you that you do not have to fear this rebirth - do not have to fear drowning in water, go with it - it's ok

"At this point i then became one of the people looking into the babies, they were floating around playing with each other. I could tap on the box and they would respond to me. I then attached them to me and said 'Lets go then. its time to start', at this point i woke up"
You past the rebirth process and officially started you new life (spiritual on new higher levels for your being). Congratz!

#2
"it was a grey dull day"
Depicting the mood and setting the stage of the dream and awareness level you are at with it.

"a fast flowing river that had a rope tightly strung across it to hold onto and wade throgh the river to get to the otherside"
Reality of a certain lesson/karma is going too fast for you - you subconsciously wish the lesson would slow up a bit so you can conquer it. Due to this, there is something you are leaning on for support in regards to this situation, and you feel if you didn't lean on this (whatever it is), you would fall / loose the lesson and not conquer it.

"i put my legs into the water, i could feel the force, it was immense. Everytime i felt like i was giong to get swept away"
This lesson is a very intense on for you - very difficult and challenging.

"i would be given a hand somehow"
Reaching out and asking for help with this lesson - a guidance request so-to-speak

"The dream then cut abruptly to a battlefield type of setting"
You are smack-dab in the middle of this lesson/karma

"I was confronted by someone who was with a group of others who all looked physically identical, even down to their clothes. i asked who they were, they said "will you fight with us?"
Your guides and/or other selves are ready to help you - if you will allow them to - if you want to do this - they are leaving it up to you if you want to conquer this lesson/karma right now.

"yes but i dont have a sword"
You feel subconsciously that you need something external to battle/conquer this karma/lesson (everything you need is already within you being already)

"I then started crying in my dream, they said "dont worry about them, you cant die"
Fear of something intense that you feel the outcome if it does not go perfectly, will change you into something you do not want to be. All fear eventually leads to a fear of death.

"At that point i looked ahead of us and there was an immense army of some type of beings, they werent frightning to me, i began to run at them with the others whilst i still had tears running down my face"
You finally sense/realize you have backup so to speak, (guides, other selves, etc. are guiding and protecting you from evil/negativity/helping you get past lessons/karma).

"the angel i spoke to looked at me and smiled. I then woke up"
Congratz! You conquered your lesson/karma and your guides and others selves are most pleased with you.

#3
"black dogs running towards me"
Symbolically these black dogs are negative lessons/karma

"i had nowhere to run too."
This is symbolic of a lesson/karma that you are having difficulty with and is pinning you down and offering an opportunity for you to learn the lesson/karma

"At that moment a dog came out of my parnets house, it was white and gold"
This is symbolic of your higher self or a sprit guild trying to give you input/advise on how to conquer your lesson/karma that you are having difficulty with.

"More and more black dogs were coming up the driveway"
The lessons will continue in intensity and frequency until you conquer what you need to attain.

" I felt i had no choice"
Seems this is a major & essential part of the lesson. Depending on your thoughts/emotions/actions at this part of the dream would determine how the rest of the dream went and if you conquered your karma/lesson

"at which point he turned round but had my mums face"
That which you are seeing is not how it really is - you need to see the truth, (maybe in your self - maybe in someone or something else).

"At that precise moment i felt a huge fear come over me and then woke up"
This lesson/karma just told you "we are not done yet, this is your next stage in awareness and there is more for you to attain"

~peace~
