I don't grow, but there seems to be fresh tobacco sellers.

You welcome

I'm not sure who said that, but I think it was Laura Knight-Jadczyk herself in a Youtube video.

She said that she get attacked by negative entities after she wrote a book about psychopaths in governments and banking world.

I wonder if vaping can produce the same sensations. I never knew you could get fresh tobacco as it has to be dried for a certain amount of time.

Tobacco is very easy to grow, and is a beautiful plant/flower. The difficult, or rather time-consuming, part is curing it.

I think it's funny that we've demonized this plant, but what we think of as a tobacco cigarette is actually a corporate "tobacco product" that has all sorts of nasty additives, some designed to literally make you addicted to their product.

I've always thought that there has to be positive benefits to smoking sacred tobacco. For "them" to take something that was so revered by spiritual societies, and turn it into a nasty, life-destroying habit ... well ... just sets my radar off and tells me there might be something there worth checking out, you know? 8-) but I guess I'm difficult like that.

i feel the same.

no plant deserves to be demonized. how arrogant of man.

I don't like getting sticker burrs in my feet.

no one likes poison ivy either lol. but they're more in tune w nature than we r...

Didn't Laura Knight-Jadczyk supposedly pander a lot of money and then skip the continent?

Intention is important in all things. I was once told that tobacco smoke carries your thoughts quickly to the heavens and those thoughts manifest faster because of this so it's important to keep your thoughts beneficent when working with an element as such.

I had to chuckle when I read this...it sounds a bit prehistoric superstitious... BigSmile

Maybe it's true, who knows?

I smoked Dunhill cigarettes for years, arguably the finest made anywhere.  They're an English brand - the Brits call them fags.  And I would buy them at the tobacconist who kept them in the walk-in humidor, so they retained their freshness and the proper amount of moisture.   They are a pleasure to smoke and made with the finest tobaccos without any additives.  Of course I paid a lot of money to smoke and my lungs are now fairly well shot, but you only live once, right?  Or do you...?  Oh well.  It's fun to try new things....

I tried a pipe a couple of times but it burned my tongue.

Certainly some Native American tribes have used tobacco this way—for sacred purpose. Plants, like all living things, have individual energies and purposes. Think of so many plants that heal various ailments. Perhaps they all heal, and that is a part of their general purpose here, and we aren't aware of it because we as humans are egocentric and "use" things rather than coexist in synergy with them.

Humans have demonized a lot of things including each other. Many animals for instance: snakes and bats to name two. Almost all insects. Some cultures still think of animals—including pet dogs—as "dirty." Humans thoughtlessly kill animals, insects, and plants all the time.

To see the beauty in the tobacco plant is a wonderful thing. Thank you. Smile
