dont get caught up in anything! Cheers dears! I wanted to make a suggestion to the beloved members and readers of the Daily Q'uote. Oh btw too funny, that looks like the name of a gazette.... wouldn't it be nice if all the newspapers in the world were like that. Instead of reporting on war and atrocities, only speak of love and light and how to live them in our lives
So my suggestion is this. You know at this time especially the news are full of Corona, and lots of fear, no matter if you are fearful of the virus or of the restrictions that go along with it.
How about we all focus on love and light especially during the time of day that the TV channels broadcast the news - you will know best when that is in your country. In Germany the main news at the biggest TV stations are at 7 and 8 pm.
So in order to counterbalance all the negativity that is being transmitted at that hour, either meditate on love and light, imagine the planet bathed in the light of the creator. Or if meditation is not your thing, then especially focus on doing something that brings you great joy. Or simply laugh
laugh the fear and the horror stories away.
Just imagine if all of the spiritual seekers did that collectively and globally world wide

You can check in what form the HS contacts you . For myself I have found it is usually something that happens very fast without involvement of "conscious thinking", like some quick flash of input, might be some visual I see in front of my "inner eye" for example - and that then usually has beneficial results therefore I think it must be my HS buddy
Then a method on how to make contact with the HS:

The question "who am I" inevitably reminds me of Sri Ramana Maharshi and the method of self-enquiry. And re the love in the moment - I was recently blown away by something that Flo wrote (hope you don't mind my saying that dear Flofrog
) - she wrote something similar to "it is impossible for me not to see the love in the moment - even if there is no love and the entity seems traumatized by circumstances - then the absence of love" or something like that (I dont remember exactly but it was something to the point of "even if there does not seem to be love I see the love - this time in the "absence" of love)
so that is really a great state of being - to be so focused on love it becomes impossible to not see it

This is very important imo - we all have our preconceived notions and biases that limit us. Important to sometimes take a step back and re-evaluate things

P.S. for those who have not heard of Maharshi and the self enquiry, here a brief explanation:
no matter what happens to you, always enquire "to whom does this happen? who is going thru this experience. who am I" and then wait. Never answer the question! do not say "I am a man, a woman , an accountant" etc because these come from the mind and we want to go beyond the mind.
The goal is to distance yourself from what is happening (very effective also when going thru rough and challenging times) - and ultimately, to find realisation of our real nature. Beyond the physical attributes of the outer appearances. According to Ramana Maharshi, this is the quickest way to reach enlightenment
