On edit: after reading it, I researched then Cysteine, and it's interesting as it is an amino acid present in animal proteins so vegetarians or vegans are deprived of it. What is interesting is in the 60's this Macrobiotic diet by I think Professor Oshawa was to be used to eliminate cancer, so that's a synchronicity of sorts..
