RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-07-2011

are you experiencing a weakening of your physical vehicle right now, in this particular time-space nexus? Mars-Neptune
oops just read, for everybody.
Everybody, are you experiencing a weakening of your physical vehicle right now?
(all I am experiencing in this time-space nexus are bouts of laughter, for whatever reason. I have not even smoked weed. Nothing! I am a good girl)
Ah Ocean, now I get your clue about Confused and India. lol
what is happening?
Is tomorrow's Venus -Mercury event also for everybody, 3d?

I have never considered semi-squares.
Lol
45 °?
"it is semi-hip to be a semi-square"

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-07-2011

hon, this is not the astrology thread. you're a samosa stealing thread derailer!
this isn't the astrology thread! i'm telling the mods!
ok not really, i was just being rebellious due to my vehicle weakening.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-07-2011

Lol
every other word in every other post is "time", no one is derailing!
Astrology is also about time. The stars and their different positions at different times in the sky.
Hey I bought the samosas!!! I did not steal them.
actually, did you experience your vehicle weakening then? because that would indicate that there is something to astrology, after all.
do you feel weak today, O?

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-07-2011

i always feel weak, due to anemia and a depressive malaise. Tongue and other things.

do you think time could go faster for me? cuz i can't brush my teeth, or do anything daily, unless it's something i have a lot of energy to do constantly anyway like watching TV. it feels like just when i brushed my teeth i have to brush them again. and i haven't recovered from the before time. and when i used to go to school i'd feel like that. just when i did that it would be time to do it again and i'd still be tired. and it's not like tired cuz i didn't get enough sleep, just tired cuz it's too soon to do it again. that's why i struggle with things.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - 3DMonkey - 11-07-2011

we can't escape time.

Are you talking about motivation, Ocean? .... I have zero today. I blame the clouds. They must've sent clouds over us to block the fireballs.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-07-2011

weird, huh? times flies away when I am chatting with you guys here, and when I am working or doing other things not so much.
"time is relative"
fireballs? cmes? or the zombies again? RollEyes
Or you just do these things every second day Ocean? brushing teeth, going to school....
would that help?

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-07-2011

i don't go to school anymore. my ocd/sensitivity has gotten so bad i couldn't possibly. when i went to school last spring i nearly went mad. :/ but since then i haven't even been brushing my teeth much. i do occasionally, i do lack motivation there, but it's all this repetition day to day people do. i've never understood it. it just makes it feel like time is going so fast if i do the daily rituals like brishing teeth morning and night. i take showers but only because i'm a compulsive showertaker. otherwise i'd slack there. if i didn't get hungry i wouldn't eat. all these rituals remind us of our mortality i guess. maybe it's more a depressing thing. rather than time going by too fast.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - 3DMonkey - 11-07-2011

So you're obsessive about NOT doing stuff?

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-07-2011

i have this thing Norman has.

the rest of it is linked to the video on youtube.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - AnthroHeart - 11-07-2011

Whoa Oceania, is it like that with time for you, or just the ocd in general?
Confused,

Here's a vid to help pull it back into balance.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-07-2011

no i don't have a fear of clocks. but yeah my ocd is worse than that guys' time phobia. Tongue but i was trying to show the fear of time passing. temporaphobia. one of my fave episodes. tho the american accents are crap. in all the great british shows the american peeps are portrayed poorly it's silly. same with american shows when they hire americans to play brits, unless they happen to be Spike. it's like despite all the know how they epicly fail at mimicking each other. and can't even bother to get proper actors to do it. oops i'm starting to rant.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-09-2011

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Confused - 11-09-2011

30
Whoever relies on the Tao in governing men
doesn’t try to force issues
or defeat enemies by force of arms.
For every force there is a counterforce.
Violence, even well intentioned,
always rebounds upon oneself.
The Master does his job
and then stops.
He understands that the universe
is forever out of control,
and that trying to dominate events
goes against the current of the Tao.
Because he believes in himself,
he doesn’t try to convince others.
Because he is content with himself,
he doesn’t need others’ approval.
Because he accepts himself,
the whole world accepts him.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Confused - 11-13-2011

31
Weapons are the tools of violence;
all decent men detest them.
Weapons are the tools of fear;
a decent man will avoid them
except in the direst necessity
and, if compelled, will use them
only with the utmost restraint.
Peace is his highest value.
If the peace has been shattered,
how can he be content?
His enemies are not demons,
but human beings like himself.
He doesn’t wish them personal harm.
Nor does he rejoice in victory.
How could he rejoice in victory
and delight in the slaughter of men?
He enters a battle gravely,
with sorrow and with great compassion,
as if he were attending a funeral.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-14-2011

You could post some of your art on treehuggers as well if you like Smile
I really loved the colors, watching your pics put me in a good mood.
Speaking of FB, I actually made a move to get registered while in Sweden, since everyone was so busy chatting there RollEyesTongue.... but I had problems with the activation and was swearing at Mark Zuckerberg the whole time. When I logged on my email two days later, it said "3 failed logins".... Confused:@
I am talking about the email that I used to get registered at facebook. Who has tried to log in? it freaked me out a bit. Or was it one of the drunken Vikings who used the same computer? RollEyes
Anyway, it put me off facebook big time. FACEBOOK SUCKS!!!

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-14-2011

people have said that about my art, that it puts them in a good mood. lol. you may wanna use an alias there Meerie, since it is all for CIA. they're watching!!!

i don't wanna post my art here, cuz it's kinda private. i shoulda back up all my art cuz i am good at killing computers.

did you not try to login at all? fb is teaming with hackers. so it's best to use an alias and not put any sensitive stuff on there. and take care when logging in. once it works you're never coming off it.

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Meerie - 11-14-2011

And they said I could not login without a birthday :@
then I said I was born on nov. 11, 2011 and they would not accept that either :@
What ? private? lol
it is not private if you put your art on facebook either, is it?
just a tiny tiny pic on treehuggers "beggingwithsadpuppyeyes"

RE: The mysterious nature of time - Oceania - 11-14-2011

oh just lie, put down some believable age.

lol facebook is more private. i'm weird about stuff. Tongue

RE: The mysterious nature of time - AnthroHeart - 11-14-2011

RE: The mysterious nature of time - AnthroHeart - 11-14-2011

Well, 47 has been my magic number actually.

Later I found that there is a star called 47 Ursae Majoris: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/47_Ursae_Majoris

And there was a book written about it called Coyote: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coyote_(novel)

It uses Native American totems as the planet and moon names.
