Please forgive my ignorance - I'm a spiritual babe. I often read stuff like this and it sounds beautiful and grand, but no instructions are given on how to do these things, so I am left scratching my head.
I know how to physically clean my environment, but how do I do it spiritually?How do I set the intent of the working? How do I "bless" something? How do I become "centered" around something? How do I create a golden ball of light around me? How do I clean my environment?
