Full of Light and Love
Quote:Five years after 20 first-graders and six educators were massacred at Sandy Hook, some things haven't changed: Families still "miss desperately" their children, and a gutless, NRA-bought Congress still failed to pass 100 gun control bills. But some things have: 400 advocates are running for office, and families intent on honoring those lost have started foundations, scholarships, support programs because, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

People Who Live to 100 Have These Traits in Common
Quote:Looking to live to 100? A new study finds that people age better if they have a sense of purpose in life. Purposeful living has already been linked to other aspects of wellbeing, like lower risk of disease, but this one of the first studies that examined how people physically change over time.

From the The Law of One: Ra Material Study Group on Facebook:
Steve Verhaeghe Wrote:I met a very nice Indian man today who runs a charity place in my city that basically just gives food and other donated basic goods to the poor and needing. I had a donation because it felt right to and now I want to give more and be more involved, with people. He’s a very beautiful soul. Not religious but accepting of all and also of his own culture.
He told me that he works for Love, it’s Loves food and Loves giving and Loves generosity and that God is Love. He said he doesn’t encourage thank you rather God bless you and that’s what he says to everyone that comes there. He was very clear about it. He said that even a thank you is something for the man and the ego but it’s not his to give or receive because it’s all the work of Love moving through him and he is blessed by Love.
I was pretty impressed with him and in Love with what he’s doing. It’s little things, food and clothes and also helping out people in other ways, it’s a humble organization run by him and his family. Two young children and also volunteers. He told me when he told his wife what he was going to do she was a little upset but he was determined not to live just running after the materials of life anymore. He did it for 45 years and that was enough for him. He operates on the goodness of the community to help out and has been doing it for 4 years now. They have a dentist that goes in from time to time and does free basic work. Other people who help out.
It was really beautiful and I just wanted to share that with someone, some people who would actually appreciate hearing it. Love is for us to share and give graciously, it’s empowering to do so because it lightens up everyone who comes in contact with it and they give it back. Keep your hearts open and let that light shine into your communities, Love everyone you possibly can consciously, just in your travels, it makes a real difference, in our hearts and there’s. Love sees Love and that reminder really needs no words, only the action of allowing it to move us and from us. Peace and Love, love and Light brothers and sisters. If we are so, of sorrow, let Love embrace it!
