RE: The Dream Thread - Ankh - 08-02-2011 Maybe you should give the oil painting a try then? RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 08-07-2011 I had a dream that one of the malls in my town got remodeled...they built this huge garden/spa type of place onto it. I was rushing through this place, in a hurry to do something, but I kept thinking about how beautiful it all was and how I wished I had time to just enjoy the place. I suddenly realized "I'm dreaming. I can do whatever I want." So I decided to get in one of the hot tubs they had, but then a bunch of annoying people came into the room and I couldn't make them go away even though I was controlling the dream, and then the water messed up and the thing wouldn't work right. I got frustrated and said "I am going to wake up now!" and I squeezed my eyes shut, but when I opened them I was still in the dream, which annoyed me. I then walked down a hall and saw a girl convulsing on the floor. Another girl said that "the Annunaki possessed her". I said "This has happened to me. I can help." So I knelt down and put my and on the girl's forehead and sent my energy into her, and she stopped convulsing and returned to her senses. At some point shortly after I woke up. I also had a dream about this city that had 2 distinct districts. One was very nice and the other very dark and poor. I was from the poor part, but I went into the nice part, and everything was extremely white. I found this white cube and when I touched it it "purified" me so I could enter the good part of the city. Everyone was dressed in white...it almost looked like a hospital. In the end some virus ended up getting out, though, and it was the people in the poor part that ended up saving the day, or something like that...I don't remember that much of it. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 08-10-2011 Last night I dreamed that I was on a very crowded cruise ship. Apparently most of the people on it were vampires, but none of them were really doing anything vampiric, so they may as well have been regular people. I had somehow seen a glimpse of the future and realized that some horrible tragedy was going to happen and kill everyone, and I was trying to warn them an and prevent it, but nobody would listen to me. It seems that most of the people on the ship were divided into two clans of vampires that hated each other. They absolutely refused to see reason when it came to working together. There was also a lot going on about these three magical swords. There was a tanto, a wakizashi and a regular katana, though they didn't seem to be a set- each of them looked different. There was a black guy, an Asian guy and a young Asian woman, and each of them had possession of a sword. Each sword had a power, but the only one I remember was the wakizashi, which would let you control a single vampire completely while you were holding it, and it could only be used on one individual at a time. I was trying to figure out the complete significance of the swords, but they felt the need to explain the swords' history by acting out a dramatic play depicting the actions of their ancestors, which we really didn't have time for at that point. I finally got frustrated and wound up in a canoe, rowing around, trying to find out things from other people. By the end of it everything was going crazy and still no one would listen to me. I was like GRRRR! XP RE: The Dream Thread - Oceania - 08-10-2011 i had a dream with 10 earths in a row, i was on a rusty bucket space ship... i cant remember the rest. it was some nights ago. then i had another dream that had weird stuff but i forget now. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-03-2011 I had a bad dream last night. I looked down at my stomach and there was all this nasty, scabby stuff there. I began trying to pick it off and it started bleeding really bad, and caused me a lot of problems through the rest of the dream. Sigh. More yellow ray issues to resolve? RE: The Dream Thread - Eddie - 09-03-2011 I had my first good night's sleep in many weeks last night, and of course had all kinds of dreams. In one of them, I was with a group of people in an old Victorian English manor house that was a bit run down, but it had this wonderful, warm, welcome, dreamy feeling to it. I didn't recognize any of the people but I really liked them. They were the same kind of folks who would come to Homecoming, and we were there for some sort of learning and fellowship. The whole house was decorated in muted earth-tones, and just about every surface was old wood. The furnishings were all random, though; toilets in the drawing room, day-beds in the kitchen, a billiard table in the hallway, etc. At one point I had a private discussion with the owners and management of the place; they were thinking of tearing it down because it appeared so old and worn on the inside. But it was still a grand place, and comfortable like a pair of old shoes that you just can't bear to throw away. So I objected, and said, "I'll take all of it, even down to the threadbare carpets!". So they relented. Then the dream started to go haywire; as I was asleep, I had a full bladder and kept dreaming about wanting to pee everywhere. I finally had to leave the dream and wake up and go to the bathroom. RE: The Dream Thread - Ankh - 09-04-2011 I experienced something odd. I was done with a meditation, and as usual thanked everybody, but suddenly instead of opening my eyes, it seems that I fell in some kind of microsleep or something like that. In that "dream" I was seeing myself lying in the bed. I thought that I was awake, but now I see that I was probably sleeping; or maybe I was awake, but not my brain, I don't know... Anyway I could feel the difference between my body and "myself". So I tried to leave the body. When my head was outside the body, somebody shouted at me, and there was also an uncomfortable feeling or knowing that I shouldn't do that, so I got back into the body, but tried to "free" my legs. After a little struggle I could feel my legs in the air, but saw the physical legs lying there in the bed. That was awesome! I got really happy for achieving that. The feeling I had in that "dream" between the physical body and whatever form there is that inhabiting that body is very subtle; so I had to concentrate to feel that difference. And gravity that pulls you back into the body was extremely strong. It really took a lot of strength to fight it, to be able to hold the feet in the air, as they were drawn back into the physical body with quite a power. There were also people around me that I couldn't see who were talking quietly, and I knew that I was being watched by them. Nothing uncomfortable, just being watched. You know, like a mother watching her child playing and talking to her friend at the same time, but still having her eye on that mischievous child =) Then that "reality" or whatever it was I was experiencing started to change into becoming more "real" so to speak, and I understood that my brain started to wake up. I got disappointed thinking that now there was no point of trying more, and opened my physical eyes. Everything in that "dream" was exactly how it looks in reality: my bedroom, my body etc... Strange stuff... RE: The Dream Thread - Confused - 09-04-2011 (09-04-2011, 05:02 AM)Ankh Wrote: I experienced something odd. I wish I could have one of those. Eddie, I hate those dreams where I have to pee really bad. I'll look and look for a bathroom but usually can't find one. Lol. Last night I dreamed I was in a video game or something. I knew I was in a game, but it also seemed real. My family were immigrants, and I was trying to get them across this ocean to a new country, and on the way I was having to pick up these crystals and these magical pills you could eat that would give me various powers. Then it got to the big "boss battle." I had to fight this guy in order for my family to be able to go across the ocean, but before the fight I got sick. I was very upset because I was rapidly becoming physically unable to fight, but everything was depending on this fight, and I didn't know what to do. Then I woke up. Game=this 3D illusion, that seems real. Your family, immigrants=well, who knows? Ocean=confusion that you are trying to help others to cross. New country=4D+ Earth/existence. Once I had an awesome dream about the "game" too. Someone in that dream told me something, that I firstly didn't believe. But then I stopped and thought about it for a second, and realised that I do believe in it actually. And with that realisation my whole spirit woke up. I started to dance, and it felt like I finally could breathe. I felt free. And then one girl came up to me, asking where others were who were playing "this same game". I looked at her, smiled and said something like "But my sister, this is not a game. This is real." And in that moment, I completely realised that myself, turned to the sky, and started to flyyyy.... =) RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-07-2011 I had a rather bizarre lucid dream last night. My husband came and laid down next to me in bed, and then I head a loud thumping sound, as if something had just fallen off of my dresser. I sat up and asked him if he had heard anything, but he was falling asleep and didn't really acknowledge it. Then one of the drawers on my dresser opened by itself with a loud squeak. Both of us saw it and Walter yelled "Holy ****!" He grabbed me and pulled me into the living room. It felt like something sinister was filling the house. Then I went into a fit and started channeling some voice that seemed to be the being in the house. I don't really remember what I was saying, but for the most part it didn't seem to make any sense. I was saying cohesive sentences but they didn't really mean anything. Then I woke up back in bed. Walter acknowledges that he did lay down in bed at that time, but I did not say anything to him about a noise. It was so vivid and real...a bit spooky. After that I dreamed that I somehow came into possession of some new Hidden Hand material. The part I remember was very short, more like a note than a book. I can't remember the exact wording, but it said something very similar to this: "Most of you that will read this are now fully aware of our presence, and are fully ready to join us in 4D negative or ascend to 4D positive. We will be watching and interacting with all of you very closely." There was a great deal more to the dream than that, but it's the only part I remember. I know "interacting" was not the word they used. It was a very specific phrase but I can't remember it. It was something along the lines of "hen-pecking", as if to say they would be testing us, or something like that. It didn't scare me at all, but I got a strange feeling from the dream. I guess that's what I get for cramming down the entire Hidden Hand material in one setting. I had many similar "special" dreams when I began reading the Ra Material. RE: The Dream Thread - Meerie - 09-07-2011 That is weird because I had a strange dream the other night too, I was walking to the door of my place and stood there and heard my neighbor yelling real loud. Some other rather banal things happened. The thing is, when I woke up in the morning I was not really sure it was a dream at first. But it must have been. It was a night where I did not get "deep sleep" but I was in one of these in-between states most of the time. But I guess lucid dream means you are in control of the dream, right? you are aware it is a dream and you can consciously interfere. I was convinced it was real, lol, but all clues point to it having been a dream. RE: The Dream Thread - AnthroHeart - 09-07-2011 I find in a lucid dream you can't always control it. I've been aware and can't move in a dream. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-07-2011 I suppose I used the term "lucid" a bit loosely. I was not aware I was dreaming. It was just so real that I had a hard time acknowledging that it was a dream when I woke up. I've had several more of these experiences...they often contain the intense terror of sleep paralysis, but I can move. Everything is extremely vivid and feels "more real than real", usually taking place in my own house. In one I was actually thrown off of the bed and onto the floor, only to wake up back in bed. As far as I can tell, if there is anything supernatural about these experiences it is little more than a crude attempt to inspire fear. RE: The Dream Thread - Ankh - 09-07-2011 (09-07-2011, 06:51 PM)ahktu Wrote: It was just so real that I had a hard time acknowledging that it was a dream when I woke up. Do you think that it can be some kind of "thought form" that either you (not incarnated "you") or other entities can create? I had lots of these kind of "dreams" that I today would regard as "thought forms" when I was being visited by UFO during my childhood/teens. But I am not sure... What do you think? RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-07-2011 I think I know what you're saying. I have often considered whether these experiences are a projection of my own energy. I've noticed that when I suppress my emotions heavily weird stuff tends to start happening, and I believe that that suppression of emotion can actually cause the emotion to materialize its own degree of consciousness and manifestation, similar to poltergeist activity. My psychic sensitivity would make this even more probable. I also think you can project emotions onto benign energy forms, "coloring" them with the emotion. Therefore what may have been a completely harmless encounter can be much more disturbing if you are projecting the emotion of anger or fear. If you sense an unusual presence and automatically assume it is a negative greeting, it is only feasible that the encounter would take on a negative feeling to accommodate the energy you were putting out. So basically, you create your own attack. I think this is the case in the majority of psychic greetings that people encounter. I do believe in real negative greetings coming from an outside source, but I think looking within before looking without is always a sound strategy, as constantly checking for chinks in the armor is what keeps the structure secure. Constantly anticipating negative attacks has not been beneficial to me in my seeking. Searching myself for the distortion that could be inviting them has. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-08-2011 The only thing I remember from my dream last night was a huge black man telling me something about the "magical refrigerator" and what I was supposed to look for inside of it when I found it. Lol. There was also something about Yoda from Star Wars being on a cruise ship, and he was somehow making flower petals follow the ship in tribute to some people who had died. Another guy criticized him for this, saying he was wasting too much power on silly things. RE: The Dream Thread - Meerie - 09-08-2011 Wow! what a lovely idea to make flower petals for the dead, as a tribute to them. Don't let your inner critic tell you you should not do it. Ah or maybe it is meant in another way... not to cling to dead things, but move on? Hm. RE: The Dream Thread - Oldern - 09-08-2011 (09-04-2011, 05:02 AM)Ankh Wrote: I experienced something odd. Strange stuff...Wow. All I can say is that once when I was meditating, I tried to "step out" of my body by simply starting to "view" (or envision) the room I was meditating in, and seeing myself from the outside. It was really interesting mostly because our yorkshire terrier LITERALLY freaked out on us and started to bark and cry at the same time. I came back and stopped, and the dog was very happy She must be in this plane with me to keep me challenged to do meditation, as she moves me a little or confuses/distracts me when I am meditating at every 6-7 mins, so... yeah, I still love her, but it is interesting. RE: The Dream Thread - Oceania - 09-08-2011 say you dream of having weird pimples, grey and they're on your cheeks, and your right eye is started to rot out of the corner... what does it mean? i've had skin issues but this was extreme. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-08-2011 Apparently Yoda does birthday cake, too. Credit for image: http://soupandbutter.deviantart.com/art/Birthday-Yoda-192177816 Oceania, I usually see the skin as what holds your whole appearance together, so maybe your "outer shell" is coming off to reveal something underneath??? RE: The Dream Thread - Oceania - 09-08-2011 i can't imagine what's underneath. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-09-2011 Last night I dreamed I had this bright green motorcycle. It had all these armor-like attachments on it, like it was something out of Transformers. I also was wearing matching bright green armor. A guy wearing red armor drove by on another motor cycle and flipped me off. Then I ended up driving it through the store I work at because I was late to work. O__O RE: The Dream Thread - Oceania - 09-09-2011 maybe it's a heart bike. the red was the lower rude chakra. RE: The Dream Thread - Brittany - 09-09-2011 That root chakra...always making offensive gestures. Lol. RE: The Dream Thread - Ankh - 09-10-2011 *lol* Meerie, that guy looks like a modern version of Amour (It used to be a fat baby with a simple bow and arrow, but nowdays when this place is crowded by (red ray activated) Wanderers, this guy appears....) *LOOOOL* RE: The Dream Thread - Oceania - 09-10-2011 i thought of Green Lantern. i dreamt i had a brother, an alcoholic half brother i discovered and he had kids who became my nieces and nephew and i felt so happy. |
