We mostly repress these instantaneous thoughts and reactions, and then sort of approach them in a roundabout way. My notion is that to truly penetrate the deeper layers of blue ray where greater aspects of self are realized, you have to speak freely in the moment when something bothers you. I've spoken before on here of my experiences with that, where realizations were achieved instantly when doing this. rie just commented on this also. This must have a relationship to blue ray with it being one of the primary rays. Said differently, responding to catalyst with clarity (responding with authenticity in the moment) will bring clarity. Or as Ra says.."True healing is simply the radiance of the self causing an environment in which a catalyst may occur which initiates the recognition of self, by self, of the self-healing properties of the self." (bold added by me) yes, very well put. I'm in alignment with those thoughts. to be truly 'honest' one has to be in 'tune' with oneself, and the feelings and currents that are present at any moment, have to be able to be acknowledged and recognised (catalyst, stimuli, reactivity, etc). in a way, this is a form of 'clear communication'; albeit it is with the deeper layers of the self, rather than an externalised communication. - - but spontaneity (in the now, in the moment) is most definitely emphasised in the quotes you posted. it is using the fleeting shifting moment of space/time to the utmost; one of the unique qualities of being 'on this side'. But the ray itself is of a vibrational nature from which one's consciousness (awareness) participates. That vibration provides particular, transpersonal qualities of both perception and expression, which can't really be described or even alluded to with a "courage"-based personal/social-ego dynamic. So, yes a ray is "this" or "that" as far as distinct characteristics (which is the point as we are necessarily talking about a particular portion of a spectrum).(01-08-2014, 12:30 AM)zenmaster Wrote: Right. Blueray-level communication involves more participation or allowance of self in the moment. Any element of expression involving "courage" or repression or needing has to do with preliminary yellow ray, rather than blue-ray, work as well. RE: the 'blue ray' response - native - 01-08-2014 I understand that we can discriminate and make distinctions as to each ray, but to suggest that certain insights simply don't apply and have no value towards the overall understanding of one in particular I think is simply not true. You're aware that when energy moves from lower to higher it is the same energy, but it transforms and takes on new meaning. So aspects of courage will apply to red through violet. I personally like to approach the rays in a fluid manner, as I feel that attempting to distinguish them in all instances can be difficult since everything is related. Ra very clearly states in 84.20 that blue ray involves "all communication", which I'm sure involves speaking to each other, and also that developing this honest clarity takes time. Sounds like aspects of courage to me, or learning to open up (clarity, honesty). Perhaps you don't like the word courage..inhibition? Embracing the self, uninhibited expression. These things also have a relationship to wisdom, and the balance between love and wisdom. Since that balance has to do with the self, how to best apply yourself without over-extension, embracing your needs etc., someone who is imbalanced towards love at the detriment towards themselves, is most probably holding their true feelings back. Gaining the courage to speak up most certainly involves blue ray and wisdom. How can you be a co-creator (the function of blue ray), giving feedback to others, if learning to speak your true feelings isn't a part of that ray? I once was processing very heavy catalyst and it's as if my awareness split into two: I experienced the pain and I also was observing it thru another set of 'eyes' and understood it for what it was. Then emotional charge dropped. Maybe this wasn't blue ray but it was a very unique experience of opening this non-critical, non-evaluative eye and seeing this experience as it is. Excellent, rie! If you got that once, it ought to be within reach again. You didn't suppress the honest emotional response, but were able to view the situation without being clouded by it. Seems bluish to me. That happening around others can be a Wanderer moment, IMHO. |
