Well Italy is among the highest ranking countries in Europe, concerning longevity. If you travel there you will also notice not many obese folks, unlike in the States or Great Britain.
I don't buy any of these so called studies by health experts.
One year they claim the benefits of that certain food, and a couple years later they might say just the opposite.
