Mhm..it's only natural to assume that sunlight would aid in healing.

I suffered from panic attacks and other serious problems for 15 years. You're right; supplements may help in some cases but not for everyone.

All of those problems + others were resolved either 100% or 90% within 3 months when I switched from acidic, oxidizing water to alkaline, antioxidant water.

Different things work for different people. I'm just sharing what worked for me.

Thanks for the water idea, Monica.

Alas, there is no free lunch. Sunlight is one of the blessings of planet Earth, but over exposure is dreadfully harmful. I needed removal of a basal cell carcinoma once, perhaps because of my high school career as swimming pool lifeguard.

Ocean, is the citalopram a one-time thing, or can you return to it after a waiting period? It might give you a little relief to remind what normal is. I have a host of supplements that I am positive (from experience) help support my mental health. Occasional hard exercise is also helpful to me. Please do Internet research.

how does one get that kind of water? i'm not sure they sell anything here except spring water.

citalopram stops working and after some months or years works for a shorter amount, and then again kaput. eventually it doesn't work at all. if i were to take it i'm sure it wouldn't work. i've squeezed it dry. Tongue

That's only because of the toxins on this planet, in the food, in pesticides, drugs, etc. which the Sun exposes and draws to the surface. The skin is an eliminative organ. I don't believe there can be such as thing as 'too much' Sunlight. However, we might not be able to withstand the Sun's vibrations. Interestingly, those pursuing a raw vegan diet report increased tolerance of Sunlight!
