So that seems to make sense to me at least, it is not one or the other, it is all of the above. Be loving in your thoughts toward yourself and toward others, be loving in your words that you speak out loud to yourself and to others, be loving in your deeds/actions toward yourself and toward others... and do this at least 51% of the time and ta da.. graduation..

What I find is happening also is that once I begin to apply this daily it has a domino effect, the more I focus consciously on making positive thoughts, words & actions, it becomes more habitual and I actually increase the percentage without knowing it, like the law of attraction, the more I think do or say in one polarity, the more it happens, its a self fullfilling wheel. I love it!

I haven't been that long on this path - actually i learned about the whole LOO idea around christmas reading the Hidden Hand interview on ATS - and I so much resonated with this whole concept - so since then i read Carla's new book, a few LOO study guides (trying to read the full thing also), I certainly loved to discover david wilcock's work and started to become more and more positive to polarize myself with each and every moment of my being - and so far i am making huge improvements - i started by forgiving and accepting myself incl flaws and then started working on myself (thoughts and deeds) and my interaction with my enviroment (with catalysts of both kind) and even though some pretty shaky stuff happened to me from which i do not yet know if i will recover - but i became faithful along this transformation and oddly happy - happier than ever. i now simply know that being positive, helpful and also humble, grateful enhances my perception of life to an extent that things all around me get touched by this magic (like the domino effect mentioned in the other post) and yes i love it, too.
