I read the first 3 in 3 days, then it took me another two weeks to finish book 4 and 5. 5 took the longest.

I read the complete sessions online, on and off when I felt drawn to the next bit for about a year. I read about the first 50 sessions in a couple days my first time reading though. I honestly haven't been compelled to read it again yet, while I appreciate the Law of One immensely I feel my area of learning is different right now and orientated towards energy work, healing, and whatnot.

I read each one as they came out. When I knew that one was due soon, I would re-read the previous material. (This was my same behavior with the Harry Potter books after 1, 2 and 3.) Before Book V came out, I had put the first four into a box for moving, and they stayed there. When Five came, I just read it immediately.

Years passed and I read them all again, seeing new material "for the first time." Years passed again, and I discovered this online community after Carla said they were "getting big online." Oh boy, was she right!

Now I have a friend with impaired vision renting a room, and started reading a session or two a couple times a week. If we go too long after a sesion, he starts hinting that "we need some more Ra." Sometimes he needs clarification and I tell him what I think Ra meant. He usually accepts that, but sometimes we argue a bit and really get into a concept. We both learn from that.

Reading aloud is good for me, too, because I try to place the emphasis in the right place, and it makes me get to the essence of each sentence.

We're getting toward the end of Book III. I told him that Book IV has archetypes with Tarot card images. He said that probably will work okay because he was into Tarot and remembers the images. We'll see.

Now I have to catch up with you smart adepts and read the Handbook and Brown Notebook. Blush

After reading all five books, I read The Law of One 101: The Choice, and then I had to re-read Book Four, paraphrasing it, taking notes, to try to get my brain to absorb it. I needed time to recuperate when it ended so abruptly. The rewriting helped me understand some of it, because I had a hard time with the question/answer format to a degree.
I need to paraphrase the other books, take notes. Well, that's how I study, but amazingly, I learn well that way.
I am hungry for a LOL study group. Really don't have anyone to relate to on these matters. And Q'uo says just love people, don't tell them stuff if they do not ask.
These books are the thing that I need to read over and over.

Have read and re-read all 5 books many times, 1-3 the most, maybe 10 times. Read 4 ploddingly with little comprehension. All that potentiator and significator business was in one ear and out the other, and 5 twice.

Re-reading Wanderers Handbook again, it's nice and easy. Must look up that brown book someone mentioned.

And in closing the books were life changing, awe inspiring and I've found nothing else that reasonates as strongly. Although Bashar is increasingly proving a close second!
