I need to meditate more. I use Holosync almost every day, but I don't feel like I'm going deep with that.
When I meditate, I don't focus on an energy center. But when I do, it's usually my root or lower 3. Sometimes the heart, but usually the lower three.

To be in third density is to experience blockage. To be blocked is to be preoccupied. When one is not preoccupied with the illusion then no desire can come from it. Without personal desire there is only service... literally.
You stop being here for yourself, because there is nothing here for you - except the service itself of course. When all you have here is service, then third density is no longer needed.
Fourth density is not attained like a prize, its just the next appropriate environment for when third density is no longer useful.
It's not about how great our service looks on the outside, instead look to what you live for in your heart.
Besides many wanderers are just tired and it's OK to be tired. It's OK to slow down and look towards well earnt rest.

However, this is appropriate and is a form of aging which your peoples do not experience. The understanding comes slowly, the body complex decomposing more rapidly.
