Is being fully aware the ultimate state of a human being?

I believe all beings need sleep.

When I had manic depression, I wouldn't sleep for a few days on my manic episodes. You're just full of energy, and excitement. I take Depacote for that now, which requires blood tests every so many months.

But normally, sleepy time is my favorite time of the day.

I wouldn't necessarily say that, because human consciousness is predicated on a certain level of limitation which equals "being human".  That experience can only be energized by a certain level of unconsciousness.

Having said that, i think the "ultimate" human experience is looking through a human perspective  that is perfectly aligned with source.  That is the violet ray subdensity of 3rd density.  That is the most satisfying experience of 3rd density in my opinion.

I think to ascend the body it isn't necessary to be perfectly aligned with source. One can have an acceptable amount of distortion.

Every being needs sleep. The more awake I become in the dream, the more I realize I need sleep. It takes a lot of sleep to be very awake within the dream. Let the dreamer dream big and sleeper sleep tight. The Gods are super aware but to be awake to one thing is to be asleep to another.

I recommend each being to have a very disciplined sleep schedule. The more I take care of my sleeping schedule, the more awake I can be in this dream. We need both. I like both to their max.

Everything is perfectly acceptable. We just receive what we give. The more intense we are to our other/selves the more intensity we experience. When we are weaker that intensity is viewed as negative experience. Many times it's much easier to view this illusion as a nightmare instead of a dramatically beautiful dream.

When we get stuck in the middle and don't sleep well we don't dream well either. This life is just one dream that Brahma is dreaming. There are many dreams, this is just one of them.

There are activations available in 3rd density that temporarily increase the vibration of the physical body, so enabling the visitation of higher density planes during dreamtime.
The requirements are 50% positive or 95% negative.

This  information has been covered before.

So there's a difference in being fully aware, and being one with source. Opening up to intelligent infinity fully is possibly the ultimate human experience.

Every moment is the ultimate human experience. It's what we choose above all else.

According to "Arcturian messages" book, even 5d beings need sleep. Though it's only 2-3 hours a day, they need it

I think the more in tune with the universe some beings become, the more "waking" and "sleeping" become one.  Same goes for eating/not eating.  Everything becomes integrated.

There are some beings in 3rd density that are rumored to have stopped eating. But, in reality, they are eating, just in a more subtle way. They survive by absorbing prana.  There will always be beings, in every density, that are more in tune with the cosmos than others.  So it is not that sleep isn't necessary, or that eating is not necessary, but things begin to integrate together.
